             A team of our Allied Health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, and Occupational Therapists, can be sent to our   Participants upon request. This service is provided on a quote basis. Additionally, we offer home modifications, lawn mowing, and   handyman services.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            Kilometer's
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            charge includes all travel completed with or on behalf of the client. If the service is only for an hour, client will also be charged travel to their home.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            Cancellation Fee
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Participants will be charged the full cost of a service if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
        
            Third-party service
           &#xD;
      &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             charges are invoiced directly to the Support at Home Program, including overheads capped at ;

        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;

            10% of the cost for assistive technology or $500 (whichever is lower) .

    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            15% of the cost of home modifications or $1,500 (whichever is lower).

           This new program is designed to be more flexible and transparent. It aims to help you:

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Stay living safely at home for as long as possible.

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Access care through a system that is easier to navigate.

            Receive services that grow and change as your needs do.

           What Services are Available?

           Under the SAH program, CHCS provides services across four main pillars:
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Everyday Living: Domestic assistance, meal prep, and shopping.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Personal &amp;amp; Clinical Care: Showering, dressing, nursing, and allied health (Physio/OT).
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Independence &amp;amp; Safety: Assistive technology, home mods, and mobility support.

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Short-Term Supports: Post-hospital care and restorative support.

            Quarterly Budgets: Instead of annual packages, you will have a budget every three months.

            8 Classification Levels: Replacing the old 4 levels to better match your specific needs.

            No Fees for Clinical Care: Nursing and allied health services are now fully government-funded.

            Management Fee Caps: Provider fees are now more strictly regulated for fairness.

           Community Home Care Service Social Programming

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           The social programing service is a newly introduced program by Community Home Care Service to help our clients get together more. Social programming is to provided opportunities for social interaction between the clients and staff members. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Our first ever program was run on Thursday 25th August 2022 which was called GAME DAY. This was a huge success with a good turn out from our clients and support workers. The program for our clients and staff included playing Bingo and having afternoon tea catered, to get together in a non-clinical setting.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Thank you to everyone that could attend, it was a pleasure spending time together. We want to organize more events like this in the future, so stay tuned to not miss out on our next “GAME DAY” filled with lots of fun and socializing. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
